Billing Engineer (Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor)

We are hiring an experienced Billing Engineer with strong post contract quantity surveying exposure in steel fabrication and structural steel projects in UAE.Prepare monthly client billing based on site measurements and approved drawingsPrepare interim and final payment applicationsMeasure steel tonnage fabrication painting galvanizing and erection quantitiesMaintain BOQ quantity control and reconciliationPrepare variation submissions and commercial justificationsPrepare final account statements and project close out reportsVerify subcontractor measurements and payment claimsPrepare subcontractor payment certificates and cost reconciliationTrack material quantities against issued drawingsMonitor project cost versus approved budgetPrepare cost comparison and profitability reportsSupport project manager in financial forecastingCoordinate with client consultant and project team for billing approvalAttend commercial and progress meetings when requiredFollow up for certification and payment statusMaintain billing trackers and commercial registersSupport internal audits and management reportingEnsure compliance with contract terms and company procedures Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity SurveyingMinimum three to six years experience in steel fabrication or structural steel projectsStrong knowledge in post contract billing and quantity surveyingExperience in variation claims and final accountsUAE project experience is mandatoryGood working knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD for measurementsCandidates with steel structure background only will be considered
