We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to deliver high-quality administrative support to the Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing professional and confidential administrative duties within the Team.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess the ability to work independently with initiative, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Strong keyboard proficiency and the capability to prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines are essential. Flexibility to work at various locations, as required by the service, is also necessary.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.

Applicants should hold Standard Grade English and possess strong IT skills or have equivalent relevant experience in an office environment.
