About Level256:
Level256 is an interactive gaming and activities venue right in the heart of Swansea, we play great throwback tunes, serve up delicious cocktails, and most importantly provide great experiences.
The Position:
As a Bartender of a Cocktail Bar you will be asked to required to learn a Cocktail Menu of 25+ Cocktails, of which we swap out every few months. Speed, efficiency, and top-notch service is our priority. We host a range of events such as Bottomless Brunches, Club Nights, Bingo, Quizzes and more.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and ensure guests recieve attention and top-notch service.
• Provide exceptional information on Level256's menu and services.
• Adhere to tight and secret cocktail recipies, to ensure all cocktails are the same.
• Monitor every guest's experience, and make sure they are happy at all times.
• Stick to the companies policies, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the venue at all times.
• Open and close the venue ensuring it is secure overnight.
• Follow health and safety protocols.
• Ensure the venue and staff are operating efficiently at all times.
Requirements:
• Strong customer service, sales and people skills.
• Experience as Bartender/Cocktail Bartender necessary.
• Experience leading/hosting events.
• Ability to memorise Cocktail recipes and the business menu.
• Bilingual is a plus.
Full training provided at commencement of employment.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21 per hour
