We are seeking an experienced and service-minded Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate HR team in London. This is a key role based 5 days a week in our London office supporting colleagues from eight global corporate offices, overseeing the full colleague lifecycle, and ensure our people practices are consistent, accurate, and compliant. Reporting to the Corporate HR Director and leading an HR Coordinator, help drive engagement, wellbeing, and a luxury HR experience that reflects our brand.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the full colleague lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with managers to build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Lead HR administration, data accuracy, and Workday optimisation.
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations across corporate offices.
• Manage global compliance, HR policies, and coordination with Legal.
• Support payroll accuracy, benefits enrolment, and related audits.
• Guide performance, engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
• Deliver colleague experience initiatives, social events, and wellbeing programmes.
• Support new office/entity setup and ensure HR readiness in each location.
• Lead corporate HR projects, process improvements, and budgeting support.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
• Previous HR management experience in hospitality, retail or service industry (essential).
• Strong HR generalist background supporting diverse, international teams.
• Confident handling employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience using Workday (highly beneficial).
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about colleague experience.
• Ability to influence at all levels and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• A collaborative, hands-on team player who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment.
