Customer Service Representative (Female)

We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, make outbound calls, and support marketing and administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, and are ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and promotions.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and managing customer information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Support the team in improving customer experience and achieving business goals.
• *Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tasks and administrative work is a plus.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
