Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible for providing desktop support to our on-site & off-site teams, troubleshooting desktop issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Desktop Support:
• Provide efficient desktop support to call center agents/management, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Set up and configure workstations, ensuring compatibility with business applications.
• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals.
• Perform backup, recovery, and security procedures for workstations.
• Assist other coworkers in resolution of technical issues for on-site & remote desktops.
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems as well as various software packages
• Literate in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
• Excellent IT skills and computer literacy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
• Good attention to detail and ability to show initiative
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload without daily supervision
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn cutting edge software
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
• Experience with Five9/Vici dialer is a plus
