• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in Arabic and English across multiple channels
• Optimise Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI, managing substantial budgets
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance campaign performance
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
• Align marketing efforts with sales teams to generate quality leads
• Recommend SEO and content strategies to boost brand visibility
• Strategise lead generation per project and developer, ensuring alignment with sales goals
The Successful Applicant
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the UAE or GCC
• Proven success in managing Google Ads and performance campaigns in luxury, automotive, or real estate sectors
• Strong experience in ROI management and budget optimisation
• Ability to craft compelling sales messaging and CTAs
• Understanding of Arabic-speaking customer behaviour
