Packimpex, a leading company in the relocation sector, is seeking a Digital Sales Executive (B2B and B2C) to drive business expansion and build key accounts across Europe.
In this newly created position, you’ll play a key role in identifying and creating new opportunities while strengthening Packimpex’s presence in the market.
What You’ll Do
• Develop new business opportunities through digital outreach and targeted contact strategies.
• Use LinkedIn actively for prospecting, engagement, nurturing and lead qualification.
• Support digital campaigns and collaborate with our marketing team to improve lead flow and conversion rates.
• Structure and update the sales pipeline in the CRM to ensure high data quality across all markets.
• Work with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, Hubspot or Pipedrive
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries.
• Qualify customer needs, prepare tailored offers and guide clients through their decision-making process.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed services for individual customers and small corporate accounts.
What We’re Looking For
• You genuinely enjoy sales, especially in a digital-first sales environment.
• You have some sales experience in a services environment, ideally with exposure to HR topics, global mobility or destination services.
• You are digitally savvy and confident using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
• You’re a natural communicator with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and ready to own your success.
• You’re comfortable with admin and data management, ensuring high-quality records and smooth processes.
• You are fluent in English - bonus points for other languages!
