Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
• Respond to customers in Arabic and English via WhatsApp, email, and social DMs
• Guide parents to the right product based on their child’s age/stage
• Convert inquiries into purchases through friendly, helpful communication
• Explain subscription options, benefits, offers, and next steps
• Handle objections and provide solutions (shipping, product questions, etc.)
• Support customers with subscription changes
Order & Fulfillment Support
• Review daily orders and confirm accuracy
• Daily fulfillment and coordinate with the warehouse team on picking and packing
• Ensure orders ship on time
• Flag recurring issues to the team (damaged items, delivery issues, missing items)
Courier & Delivery Coordination
• Track shipments and follow up on delays, exceptions, or failed deliveries
• Communicate with couriers to fix issues
• Reach to couriers to get shipping qoutes from our suppliers
• Keep customers updated with accurate delivery information
• Resolve delivery delays, exceptions, and failed deliveries
Operations Tasks
• Update customer records
• Handle returns, exchanges, and reshipments
• Support simple daily reporting and operations improvements
• Support the team with ad-hoc operational needs to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Assist with basic admin tasks
Requirements
• Fluent Arabic (must) — written + spoken
• Good English
• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, customer service, or operations
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
