A Medical Distribution Company is looking for an female Executive Secretary with minimum experience of 2 years in Public Relation & secretarial position,
- Having presentable personality, well-educated and OPEN MINDED to provide administrative and personal Support to board of directors,
- Must have extensive knowledge of the organization able to understand the organization’s aims and objectives. Responsibilities
- Reports and presentations; Organizing and attending meetings and follow-up as per minuets of meeting and report to MD,
- Must have attended the business Lunch/Dinner meetings. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. Carrying out specific projects.
- Having good communication skill in English and Computer (Microsoft Office) knowledge
