The role is a varied role with the main responsibility to provide customer-centric sales advice and support whilst working towards sales targets in accordance with company sales forecasts. The role also consists of administration of the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents and attending final inspections, customer hand-overs for all the regions sales outlets whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.This position requires flexibility in terms of working hours and days of work, it is a varied and interesting one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas.
