GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate Graphic Design Lead who will be based in our London office. You’ll be focused on elevating the brand through forward-thinking design across all digital, social, and print channels, spanning across global markets. This includes creating assets for social media, website, in-store, events, wholesale and other digital and print platforms.
As the standalone design function for the brand, you will lead the Graphic Design team in delivering all brand design requirements, working closely with the Commercial and Brand teams to ensure consistency and impact across every customer touchpoint and campaign. In this role, you’ll create and deliver creative assets for ALIGNE.co, following our visual direction and brand guidelines. We’re looking for a hands-on team leader who can guide projects while actively contributing to the creative work. The role spans branding, content creation, research, and proactive idea testing — offering strong opportunities for growth and creative development.
You’ll stay on top of current and future trends within the fashion landscape, with a focus on brand building and storytelling. Working collaboratively across departments, you will bring a cohesive and creative vision to all design work. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio that demonstrates their passion for design, layout, and typography. Experience working across digital and print mediums is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading the Graphic Design team and developing the junior designer.
• Managing team workload to ensure design needs are met across all departments.
• Collaborate with the brand and commercial teams to ensure consistency and alignment of designs across all customer touchpoints.
• Design assets for the website.
• Design paid marketing assets.
• Design and build newsletters.
• Design lookbooks for PR, Marketing and Wholesale.
• Design printed collateral, including in-store and event materials.
• Create assets for social channels.
• Build brand presentations and decks.
• Design packaging and other brand-related print materials.
• Organise imagery and digital assets.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design within fashion brand.
• Fashion background.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Proficient in video editing.
• Proficient in social media platforms.
• Proficient in using a CMS.
• Proficient in responsive web design principals and best practice (including designing for web, email, social etc)
• Retouching skills and image manipulation beneficial.
• Experience using html and CSS beneficial.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
• Portfolio of work.
