Being a Health Care Assistant requires you to provide care for the vulnerable, elderly and disabled which is a very rewarding and fulfilling job role. We welcome enthusiastic, caring, loyal and hardworking people with a great sense of humour and who are prepared to train to our high standard. We are extremely proud of our highly trained care team and the quality of care they provide which is recognised throughout the County. We are looking for applicants who have the right to work in the UK. You do not require any specific qualifications as all training is provided in-house. We would like you to hold a Driving License and have access to a vehicle.
• Our Aim: We are a small team and strive to provide continuity and consistency for both our care team and Service Users each week. Whether you prefer short visits or longer shifts, we have a variety of options to suit your lifestyle and we are happy to work alongside you to adapt.
• Weekly Pay & Competitive Rates: Earn between £13.25-£14.00 per hour, with monthly pay and an annual pay increase to reward your hard work. You will benefit from mileage, sick pay, generous annual leave and we do not believe in zero hour contracts. A DBS will be required and is funded by the company following a successful interview.

By law, you are required to hold a Care Certificate; this will be obtained through us if you haven't already competed this and we will help and guide you through this.
Your Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, your role is vital to improving the quality of life of those you support. You’ll provide personal care, assist with nutritional needs, administer medication, assist with daily life tasks such as grocery shopping and offer companionship – ensuring clients feel valued and cared for in their own homes. All care is delivered in accordance with each client's individual care plan, tailored to their needs.
