Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing care delivery and ensure policy compliance
• Monitor patient outcomes and service quality
• Lead staff training and performance improvement
• Collaborate on strategic planning and resource management
Qualifications:
• RN License (state or compact) & BLS required
• BSN preferred
• 2+ years clinical experience; leadership experience a plus
