Description
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician for a remote, long-term contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer technical problems / issues related to software and applications via phone and online support
Work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
Provide PC software and application support
Required Qualifications
Flexible with schedule, able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Previous IT experience or relevant schooling is required
Must pass a technical screening
Ability to pass an extensive drug test and background check
