Description
Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.Preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and coordinating joining formalities.Maintaining and updating employee files, HR database, and organizational charts.Monitoring attendance, leave, and overtime for monthly payroll coordination and accuracy.Handling visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO and SAIF Zone authorities.Preparing HR letters such as NOCs, salary certificates, warnings, and memos.Ensuring timely renewal of contracts, medical insurance, and Emirates ID.Supporting implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.Handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.Assisting with performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and employee development plans.Coordinating employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.Preparing HR-related reports, analytics, and manpower planning data.Assisting in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with labour and free zone regulations.Maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of proven HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, SAIF Zone rules, and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRMS/HR software systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professionalism.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Flexibility to coordinate with both office and factory workforce and support management needs.
