Description
Manage and maintain employee records accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality to support HR operations.Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including paperwork and system updates, to ensure a smooth transition.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support talent acquisition.Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as performance reviews and training sessions, to enhance employee development.Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive employee experience.Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, ensuring accurate compensation.Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.Possess basic knowledge of HR principles and practices to effectively support HR functions.1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is advantageous.
