Our Tax office is a customer-focused office dedicated to providing quality and exceptional service.

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Front Desk Receptionist who is also interested in insurance sales.

Position Overview:
This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, keeping an office running smoothly and helping clients.

You’ll be the first point of contact at the front desk while also assisting with quoting, policy updates, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk / Customer Service:
• Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, welcoming reception area
• Answer and route phone calls; schedule appointments
• Assist with paperwork, scanning, filing, and daily office tasks

Insurance Sales Support:
• Assist with preparing insurance quotes (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Discuss available products and guide clients through the initial steps of the sales process

Qualifications:
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Insurance Sales Experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the public
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or agency software a plus
