Integrated Marketing Manager
Job Summary of Integrated Marketing Manager:
This position supports the development and execution of seasonal brand marketing strategies that elevate awareness, drive customer acquisition, and deepen engagement across channels. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to bring the brand and its products to life through insightful storytelling and strategic planning. The ideal candidate combines creativity, organization, and strategic thinking to support high impact marketing initiatives within a dynamic, customer centric environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Integrated Marketing Manager:
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to shape seasonal omni-channel strategies informed by insights and market trends.
• Create compelling marketing briefs that integrate consumer insights, product features, and cultural relevance.
• Partner with merchandising to develop seasonal product messaging that highlights brand strengths and innovation.
• Contribute to asset planning and execution through detail-oriented coordination and organization.
• Support promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives across channels.
• Manage marketing tools, templates, and planning calendars to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work with various channel teams to develop and execute cohesive brand and product activation plans.
• Assist with key strategic initiatives to support brand growth and expansion.
Qualifications and Experience of Integrated Marketing Manager:
• 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, or planning, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with the sports or fitness industry and alignment with the brand's mission.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with solid project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word with strong administrative abilities.
