Description
Internal Sales Executive – Duncrue area, Belfast, Northern Ireland - £30,000 - £35,000.
This would be perfect for anyone with previous Internal Sales & Customer Service experience, even people from a retail background such as Screwfix or Argos.
There is NO OUTBOUND SALES, this is processing sales orders in a merchant.

The Company
A super successful local business, supplying the construction market for 30+ years. They are the brand leaders in this space, and I’ve heard some fantastic stories from current & past employees. I know the depot manager is great to work for.
Responsibilities
• Take calls and emails, from "Key Account" customers, to process sales orders.
• Use in-house software to process orders, ensuring accurate information is processed.
• Build working relationships with all external customers and internal teams.
• Learn the product range and be able to discuss key promotions with customers.
• Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market’s activities.
• Follow-up all sales enquires, quotes or tenders to close sales with clients.
• Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.
Requirements
• Experience of internal sales order processing and providing great customer service. Any construction sector/product knowledge would be an advantage, but anyone can learn the products over time.
• Must be self-motivated, can work independently and have excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn a range of construction products over time.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, which drives brand loyalty.
