The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK’s biggest sporting organisations, brands, venues and governing bodies – as well as with National Club Golfer and NCG Top 100s, our in-house consumer golf brands.
You will pay a key role managing some of our biggest clients as we expand our team to meet a period of growth.
The Responsibilities
As our Junior Account Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that we deliver brilliant content for our clients.
You will report to, and work on a day-to-day basis with our Account Director, as well as the rest of the 18Players team, the NCG team and, of course, our clients.
On a day-to-day basis you will be:
• Helping with campaign planning, delivery, and reporting.
• Preparing documents such as briefs, timelines, and client reports.
• Coordinating approvals and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
• Ensuring teams understand objectives, KPIs, and deadlines.
• Coordinating approvals and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
• Ability to coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.
• Raising POs, managing invoices, and tracking budget spend.
Key Skills
• Strong communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a client-focused mindset.
• Enthusiasm for marketing and working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Understanding of basic marketing principles (brand, audience, channels).
• Familiarity with digital marketing (social, paid media, email, content).
• Knowledge of golf is essential
The Package
The package includes a phone, laptop, pension, 25 days’ holiday (excluding bank holidays) and access to our company-wide bonus scheme.

Our offices are based in a leafy North Leeds suburb, close to Scarcroft. We offer a flexible approach to office working and most of our staff work in a hybrid fashion, with days each week spent in the office and at home. When in the office, we can offer a state-of-the-art gym, Sky TV and proper coffee.
