This role is responsible for overall Logistics activities for Quick Ship and ensure the effective movement of materials and goods in and out of the Dubai plants. Ensure compliance with all legal and customer requirements on all company imports and exports. Provide overall assistance to Life Cycle Services Team.
• *In this Role, Your responsibilities will be**:
- Prepare shipping documents & arrange freight forwarder collections.
- Identifies the shipping requirement of an order as specified in the system.
- Coordinates with the Order Administrator & LBP for complete shipping instructions
- Generates the Shipping Document Pack through the system.
- Performs WIP completion transactions.
- Coordinate with third party (packing contractor) the packing of valve assembly.
- Prepares the JAFZA Customs documents for a shipment.
- Coordinates with the Warehouse & Freight Forwarders for shipment pickup
- Maintains shipping records.
- Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection all transactions and business practices.
- Provide overall assistance to the Life cycle service team as necessary.
- Handling Import and Export Freight Invoicing and supporting freight forwarders on clearing pending invoices.
- Trade Compliance Gatekeeper, DUQ Shipping.
