Job Description
• Maintain, repair and optimise production line machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and solve machinery issues.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
• Assist in the implementation of new machinery and equipment.
• Manage maintenance documentation and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
The Successful Applicant
• A strong background in engineering and manufacturing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using various tools, machinery, and software related to maintenance and repair.
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A rewarding shift pattern of 3 on 3 off, 2 weeks days, 1 week nights on rotation.
