Successful applicants must have a solid understanding of industry processes and familiarity with the private hire sector. Professional telephone etiquette and superior communication skills are required. Applicants must also have a strong geographical understanding of London and the United Kingdom, as well as the capacity to operate under pressure.
We are seeking an eager, motivated, and energetic person to join our team in Islington. (N1 3LY) You will be controlling approx. 20-40 day drivers. This position will be 4 on 4 off, 0500-1700. With options to pick up additional shifts if you wanted.
The duties include:
• Dispatching Bookings to Drivers.
• Taking Bookings via Telephone/In Person/Email.
• Responding to emails.
• Assisting other team members.
• Experience of Autocab is an advantage but not necessary.
In addition, we provide competitive salaries (Negotiable) and benefits such as free gated parking & a newly refurbished office (2025). Our office is also easily accessible using public transport links.
We are NOT looking to outsource our work, and are only looking for applicants based in LONDON that can travel to our office.
