Managing customer communications via calls, emails, and messages

Organizing and maintaining company records and documentation

Conducting weekly inspections of staff rooms and vehicles, reporting to management

Tracking staff leave and maintaining HR documentation

Coordinating site activities between technicians and clients

Scheduling and following up on maintenance and service tasks

Preparing quotations and ensuring timely payment follow-ups

Resolving client issues with professionalism and urgency

Keeping service logs and customer records up to date

Supporting daily administrative and operational tasks

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Excellent communication in English and Hindi

Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
