We are looking for an Office Administrator with a wealth of experience in a varied administrative role to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative processes and supporting the team with various tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and self-motivated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Administration role.

Responsibilities:
• Coordination of Joinery & Wardrobe Requirements: Oversaw all joinery and wardrobe requirements for Davidsons Homes, ensuring plot are installed on time and to specification. Process plot call‑offs and prepare plots for invoicing with accuracy and efficiency. Act as the central liaison between office staff, our workshop and site managers, streamlining communication and workflow.
• Wardrobe Pricing Matrix Management: Maintain and update the pricing matrix to ensure accurate and consistent cost information.
• Wardrobe & Joinery Maintenance: Coordinate remedial works post‑installation by liaising with site teams and customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely scheduling and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
• Client Payments & Financial Administration: Request and manage payments from retail clients in line with company terms and conditions. Generate receipts and maintain records of monies received. Monitor outstanding balances and ensured payments are received on time.
• General Administration: Provided administrative support across the office, showroom, and workshop. Answering the main office telephone and forwarding calls to the correct personnel.

Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in an administrative role, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software and databases.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
