Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Business Setup division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise all departments including HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Business Development.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations and team coordination.
• Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets across all departments.
• Support the management team with performance reviews, reporting, and task follow-ups.
• Oversee client interactions, documentation, and internal workflow compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and align departmental goals.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain an efficient work environment with clear communication and accountability.
Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in office or operations management, preferably within a business setup, PRO services, or corporate service firm.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-department operations effectively.
• Goal-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• UAE experience preferred.
