Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field to establish a strong foundation of knowledge.Holds relevant certifications, such as CFM or FMP, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, showcasing practical application of skills.Exhibits a strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for effective problem-solving.
