Operations Manager – Fast Food Concept (Satellite Kitchen & Food Truck

We’re on the lookout for a driven and creative Operations Manager to take the lead in running our fast-growing fast food brand, operating through a satellite kitchen and food truck. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves food, knows the business inside-out, and has a knack for making things happen.What You’ll Do:Run the day-to-day operations across our kitchen and food truck – smooth, efficient, and on-brand.Lead menu development – from new ideas to final costing and roll-out.Handle menu engineering and cost control to keep quality high and margins healthy.Recruit, train, and motivate your crew – creating a team that’s sharp, passionate, and customer-focused.Drive marketing and brand growth – from social media campaigns to local activations and collaborations.Keep a close eye on performance metrics, inventory, and supplier management.Make sure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are always met.
