Job Description
We invite you to apply for the Part Time Office Coordinator role. You will be responsible for owning day-to-day operations, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting leaders and teams with events, meetings, and administration.
The role is part-time (3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday) with flexible adjustments for high-profile visits. You will be the on-site brand ambassador for Mark Anthony Brands UK, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
• Own daily office operations and front-of-house experience.
• Manage mail, shipping, couriers, and supplies within budget.
• Maintain vendor relationships and control service levels.
• Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end.
• Act as facilities liaison with the landlord and handle repairs.
• Drive health & safety compliance.
• Partner with People Ops and IT on engagement and onboarding.
• Track office budgets, process invoices, and maintain inventories.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Office or facilities management experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Proven time-management and prioritisation under pressure.
• FIRST AID/Fire Warden/Manual Handling certifications are advantageous.
