Plumbing and Heating Engineer (Domestic and Commercial)
Location: London and surrounding areas (inside and outside the M25)
Day rate: £250 - £270 less CIS deduction (based on 8-hour working day)
Contract type: Subcontractor / Outside IR35
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer for short-term block work (week-long or month-long assignments). The ideal candidate is flexible and motivated to provide high-quality service across domestic and commercial projects.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be able to drive
Must have own vehicle
Must own one's own tools
Willing to work both inside and outside of the M25
Gas Safe registered preferred, but experienced plumbers without gas qualifications will be considered
Additional Information:
Covering London and its environs
Day rates paid between £250-£270 less CIS deduction, based on an 8-hour working day
