Description

Job Summary
• Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;
• Scanning of all Education Certificates onto PRO Database
• Organise for passports and/or labour cards to be given to staff if required in PRO's absence;
• Tracking of entry dates of new starters for visa purposes;
• Assisting employes and managers with day to day PRO queries;
• Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO;
• Visiting various external departments e.g. Embassies, Traffic, Etisalat, Banks;
• Preparing and maintaining individual hardcopy HR records
• Ensuring Company compliance with labour laws
• Ad hoc duties as required by both PRO & HR

Liason with PRO & HR with regards to:
• new starters - documents required to process employment &/or visit visas
• leavers - documents required to cancel/transfer visas
• weekly report to HR team on progress of visa status of new starters

Requirements
• Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience;
• Presently residing in UAE;
• Good Arabic and English communication skills and
• Must have a valid driving license in UAE
