Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement excellence? Buro Happold is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead our global purchasing strategy and operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive cost efficiency, enhance supplier relationships, and contribute directly to our financial and operational success.The role will be based from out Bath office with hybrid working. About the RoleAs Procurement Manager, you’ll oversee key global service categories including travel, sub-consultants, and facilities. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and the finance team to implement best-in-class procurement policies and practices that support our business goals and sustainability commitments. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies for indirect spendManage global supplier frameworks and vendor relationshipsLead contract negotiations and optimise commercial termsCollaborate with business units to support outsourcing initiativesEnsure timely and cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standardsMonitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement What We’re Looking ForProven experience in procurement, especially in travel and facilitiesStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExperience managing global RFPs and multi-site procurement initiativesExcellent stakeholder engagement and project management skillsHands-on, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilitiesQualificationsProfessional qualifications from CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply)OR Chartered Engineer with relevant experience and CIPSOR BSc/MBA with relevant experience and CIPSWhat we offer you Bring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world’s most respected consultancies.
