• *Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for various MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best possible pricing and quality.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure they align with project budgets. Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure the procurement process aligns with project timelines and goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers to continuously improve the procurement process.
• *Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of procurement experience in the MEP industry within the UAE is essential.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of MEP materials, suppliers, and market trends in the UAE.
