With a growing UK team of 7 and an additional 8 outsourced staff, we deliver high-quality compliance, advisory and accounting services with a strong reputation for accuracy, efficiency and client care. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Qualified Senior Accountant (FCCA or FCA) with at least 7+ years’ practice experience to join our team. The Role As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in leading client delivery, reviewing work from both junior staff and the outsourced team, and advising on personal tax and compliance matters. You’ll manage a portfolio, support the development of junior team members, and ensure high standards across accounts and tax outputs. Key Responsibilities Produce and review statutory accounts under FRS standards Manage and develop a small team of junior accountants Review work prepared by the outsourced accounting team Prepare and review personal tax returns and handle advisory queries Provide clients with accurate, timely advice across accounts and tax Oversee compliance tasks and liaise with clients regularly Support workflow planning and ensure deadlines are met Work across a varied portfolio of 800+ multi-sector clients Assist with process improvements and firm-wide best practices
