About the Position This is a 3-month project that can lead to a permanent position. Please note that visa will not be provided during the initial 3-month period. Responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. This dual role combines sales performance with efficient office administration to support overall company growth.Key Responsibilities Sales Functions:Identify and pursue new business leads and partnership opportunities.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Administrative Functions:Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document filing.Coordinate meetings and maintain office supplies inventory.Assist with HR and accounting tasks when required.Prepare and distribute internal reports and communications.Support management in operational planning and follow-ups. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or administrative support.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
