Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth with high-value enterprise clients across the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling SaaS business at the forefront of digital solutions. You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle- from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closing- delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, innovative environment. What You'll Do: Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Manage a team of BDRs and improve and optimize the current sales strategy Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies to identify, engage, and convert key prospects. Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial outcomes. Conduct engaging product demos and presentations, articulating the platform's value proposition. Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools. Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous improvement. Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and new developments in SaaS and fintech. What We're Looking For: 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in SaaS; experience in fintech is highly advantageous. English communication is a must Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Highly motivated and target-driven, with a consultative approach to sales.
