**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and share best practices, ensuring that team members are aligned with company objectives.
Engage with high-profile clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the latest trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences in the UAE real estate market.
Manage the sales budget, forecasts, and sales targets to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent the company and promote its offerings, enhancing brand visibility within the market.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
Implement and monitor customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure seamless transaction processes and adherence to compliance standards.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales database, utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence effectively.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• *Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-12 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
