Duties
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise productivity and quality standards.
• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to organisational objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and support staff through coaching, training, and performance management programmes.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet organisational targets efficiently.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Engage in teaching activities by providing training sessions or workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability in teaching or training team members is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in organisational tools and software relevant to operations management.
• A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
