Job Overview

Seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to support the Chairperson in global scheduling.
Coordinate schedules for key stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate effective communication through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Arrange travel logistics, encompassing flights, accommodations, and transportation, while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage office operations, including procurement, supplies, and facilities maintenance, to ensure a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess 2–5 years of relevant experience, a strong command of English, and familiarity with UAE working practices. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and discretion.
Key Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
