I’m helping a wealth management company find an interim Business Analyst to join them on a major cost reduction transformation programme. The organisation are aiming to reduce their costs, improve efficiency and implement a new operating model, covering people, processes and systems.
The role will involve working with various key stakeholders across the business to find out where the costs can be reduced and inefficiencies are. The role will involve understanding their requirements and processes and analysing the business. The role involves documenting the findings and presenting via PowerPoint to the key stakeholders with what needs to be implemented.
They are seeking someone with prior experience of working on cost reduction transformations or major operating model changes. They need someone with a strong track record in analysis of the businesses and who can use that information to inform how it needs to be changes. Someone with experience from a big 4 or major consulting background would be a benefit, if not then strong PowerPoint skills are needed.
The role is for an initial 6 months on an outside IR35 contract and hybrid working between central London and remote.
