Sr. Accountant / Accountant - Budgeting

Develop and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial data and analysis to support decision-making.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into financial performance.Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure internal controls and compliance with regulations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department. Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial consolidation.Holding or pursuing CMA, ACCA, CA, etc. will be an advantage.Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial consolidation.Exhibits a deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards, ensuring accurate financial data.Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective interpretation of financial information.Exhibits a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors in financial reporting.Has a proactive and results-oriented approach, taking initiative to improve accounting processes.Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
