Position Title: MEP Store Keeper

Department: MEP / Procurement
Reports To: Store Manager / Project Manager
Role Purpose:
Responsible for managing and maintaining MEP materials inventory, ensuring proper storage, issuance, and documentation to support project requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming MEP materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing materials.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Implement safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MEP material handling and store management.
• Knowledge of MEP materials and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
