We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. You’ll help keep the hiring process running smoothly, while also getting hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and learning the ins and outs of recruitment.

This is a 12 month contract position with Trip.com based in London.

In this Role, you’ll get to:
• Manage sourcing for multiple roles across different functions, actively engaging talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Conduct screening calls as the first stage of evaluation to assess candidates’ fit and potential.
• Drive sourcing strategies and initiatives by proposing and implementing new projects, tools, or process improvements to strengthen the recruitment pipeline and efficiency, with guidance from TA Partners.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth coordination, timely feedback, and alignment on role requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, acting as an advocate of Trip.com Group’s employer brand.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective tracking of talent pools.
• Provide coordination support for interview scheduling, assessment arrangements, and recruitment projects as needed.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment ideally from OTA/Internet/high-technology industry
• Proven experience in cross-country recruitment within the APAC region is an advantage.
• Good learning attitude, self-motivated and organised
• High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment.
