This role involves managing direct-to-store delivery, product merchandising, and customer relationships while ensuring optimal stock movement and order generation across assigned retail routes. The position is mobile and requires excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.Conduct daily van sales and delivery operations across assigned retail outlets in the UAESell and distribute chocolate and roastery products to existing and new retail customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with store managers, merchandisers, and buyersAchieve monthly sales targets, product visibility goals, and collection KPIsEnsure accurate invoicing, stock reconciliation, and cash collection dailyExecute in-store merchandising and promotional displaysFollow FIFO and product rotation standards to ensure product freshnessSubmit daily sales, stock, and route performance reports to the Sales Supervisor Minimum 1 year of UAE van sales experience in FMCG / Chocolate / Roastery productsUAE Manual Driving License is mandatoryProven record in route-based selling and delivery operations (without helper)Basic understanding of FMCG distribution and POS invoicingFamiliar with UAE retail channels (groceries, supermarkets, kiosks)Good communication skills in English / Hindi or Arabic
