Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Order Picker
Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £13.10 per hour (first 12 weeks) and £14.56 per hour (after 12 weeks)
HSL are currently recruiting for 10x Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a busy and growing team for a well-established client based in Atherstone.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with permanent contracts available after 12 weeks for the right candidates!
Shift Pattern:
• Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM (average 7–8 hours per shift)
• Rota: 4 on / 2 off (includes weekend working)
Main Duties:
• Voice order picking using LLOP in Ambient or Chill environments
• Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
