Job Title: Production Operatives
Location: North Tawton EX20
Pay Rate: £12.21 Per Hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (Flexibility on start times available)
Duration: 5 weeks
We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives for one of our clients during their busy period, North Newton (EX20). This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and can commit to the full assignment duration, with the possibility of ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
Handling items typically between 7–12kg, with some items weighing up to 25kg
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following site processes and instructions
About You
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Able to work Monday–Friday for the shift times listed
Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required
