Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Camera Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Camera Assistant will work closely with the Director of Photography and the camera team to ensure the smooth operation of all camera equipment and assist in capturing high-quality footage for educational content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating camera equipment, including but not limited to cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting.
- Ensure all camera equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Assist in framing shots, adjusting camera settings, and monitoring video and audio quality during filming.
- Collaborate with the Director of Photography and camera team to achieve the desired visual style for each project.
- Assist in organizing and managing footage, including labeling, logging, and transferring files.
- Help with general production tasks as needed, such as setting up and breaking down equipment, running errands, and maintaining a clean and organized set.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Camera Assistant in a professional setting.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of camera equipment and operation.
- Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting camera gear, including DSLRs, cinema cameras, and accessories.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing filming conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Experience working in the education sector or producing educational content.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
