We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Carpenter Apprentice Assistant in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for carpentry and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior carpenters with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and installing woodwork
- Learn how to operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications
- Assist with the construction and installation of cabinets, shelves, doors, and other wooden structures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in carpentry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical strength and stamina
- Valid driver's license is a plus
