We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Category Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability within a specific product category.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category plans in line with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and profitability
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor and analyze category performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling product assortments and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive category initiatives and projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience in category management or retail buying
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
